Order at the table
The captain picks the table on an Android phone, adds the dishes with any notes for the kitchen, and sends the KOT.
Each station gets its KOT
The kitchen and the snack bar each get only their own items, on a printer, a screen or both.
On the member’s account
Print the bill and put it on the member’s account, or take cash, card or UPI.

Questions from clubs
Can members pay for their meals at the end of the month?
Yes. Put each bill on the member’s account and take the payment later; the credit due report shows who owes what.
Does it handle the bar?
Yes, with the Bar billing add-on. Drinks get their state VAT and food keeps its GST, on one bill or a food bill and a bar bill paid together; drinks go to the bar as a BOT, and dry days stop drinks by themselves. The excise stock register in your state’s format is not part of it.
Can the dining hall and the snack bar share one system?
Yes, with Full (Restaurant + Counter), ₹9,999 a year: tables and captains in the hall, quick bills with tokens at the snack bar, one bill series.
Can we add a service charge?
Yes. Add a service charge to the bill; it shows on the bill and in the reports.
Does the club house need the internet for billing?
No. The counter, the captains’ phones and the kitchen screens talk over the club’s own Wi-Fi. The internet is needed only now and then, for updates and the licence check.
