A device is a reception PC or a phone signed in to RestroCompass. Staff are the people who sign in, owners included. Need one more device or a few more rooms? We can add them to your plan without moving you up a plan.
Pricing questions
What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan at the early-access price we agree with you. Nothing you entered during the trial is lost.
What if my hotel grows?
Ask us to move you to a bigger plan. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is removed. You just cannot add more until you are within its limits.
Does cloud AI reading cost extra?
Reading IDs on the device is included in every plan. Cloud AI reading uses your hotel’s own Google key, so Google charges you directly, a few paise per card.
Do I pay for every hotel?
Starter, Standard and Pro are for one hotel. The Group plan covers several hotels, with a price for each hotel after the first.
