Bill at the counter
Tap the thali and the chapatis, or type “2 thali” and press Enter. Take cash, UPI or card, or put it on the customer’s account.
The kitchen gets the KOT
Each order reaches the kitchen printer or screen with its token number.
Serve by token
When the kitchen marks it done, the token shows as ready at the counter and on the TV.

Questions from canteen owners
Can staff eat now and pay at the end of the month?
Yes. Put each bill on their account and take the payment later; the credit due report shows who owes what.
Can a company pay for its employees’ meals?
Yes. Open an account in the company’s name, put those meals on it, and settle it when the company pays.
Do you support meal coupons or prepaid cards?
Not yet. For regulars, use credit accounts and settle them weekly or monthly.
Our internet is weak. Will billing stop?
No. The counter, the kitchen screen and the TV board work on the canteen’s own Wi-Fi. The internet is needed only now and then, for updates, the licence check and your sales on your phone.
Can we open a second counter for the lunch rush?
Yes. Add another PC or tablet as an extra counter. Bills from both are numbered in one series on the main counter.
