Questions from café owners
How do I charge for an extra shot or whipped cream?
Add it as an item of its own, like “Extra shot”, and put it on the order. Sizes such as regular and large each have their own price.
Can guests order from the QR menu?
No. The QR menu is view only: guests see the menu, prices and what is sold out, and order with your staff.
We serve at the counter and at a few tables. Which plan?
Full (Restaurant + Counter), ₹9,999 a year: quick bills with tokens at the counter, and tables with captains’ phones.
Will it run on a tablet at the counter?
Yes. The main counter can be an Android tablet with a Bluetooth or network thermal printer, or a Windows PC.
Can I see which drinks sell best?
Yes. The item and category reports show what sold, in Excel or PDF, and your phone shows today’s top items.
